The production stages of the fiber optic cable are as follows.
Fibers are painted with UV technology at 2100 m/min speeds in computer-controlled machines manufactured according to the latest technology.
The dyed fibers are placed in tubes called "loosetubes” and filled with thixotropicjell. Up to 24 fibers can be placed in the tube.
The core structure of the cable is formed by bending loose tubes and SZ around the center element. With this method, up to 432 fibers are produced. Aramid yarn and moisture barrier can be used in the cable according to customer requests and finally the cable extract is sheathed. The cable can be armored with a corrugated steel band or wrapped with two layers of galvanized steel band to increase its resistance to radial forces and rodents after the intermediate sheath stage according to customer requests. In addition, the cable can be armored with steel wires or aramid yarn at the request of the customer.
